Dress code for the conference dinner: Business
For the Conference Dinner location, a shuttle service will be provided on the evening.

The registration fee includes access to the conference on both days, refreshments, lunches, Conference Dinner and documentation.

In order to have a guaranteed booking, the total amount due should be received before the due date indicated on the invoice. All payments must be made in Euro (EUR) and the name of the participant, company name and invoice number should be clearly stated. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card, cheques are not accepted. After receipt of your payment, a confirmation will be sent to you.
Please provide the credit card details, name participant and company name on the online registration. The total amount due will be charged as soon as we receive your online registration.
After receipt of your online registration, QED will confirm your registration by e-mail. Forms received after 15th of November will not be confirmed, unless requested specifically. Should you be in any doubt as to the status of your registration, please contact QED (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Cancellation for the Conference
Notification of cancellation should be sent by e-mail (email@example.com) to QED. We will consider the day of receipt of the e-mail as the definite cancellation date. If the cancellation is received before 1st of November we will refund the total amount minus EUR 25 cancellation costs. If the cancellation is received after 1st of November we regret no refund will be paid. Substitute delegates may attend any time, if QED is notified before the start of the conference.
All participants will receive a badge at the registration desk open from 8.00 am on 21st of November in the Foyer of BNP Paribas, 1 rue de la Chancellerie, 1000 Brussels.

Winds tend to be stronger in November but the most constant weather pattern would be rainfall. Snow is possible but does not occur very often, average of 5 – 9 degrees Celcius.
We recommend bringing a warm coat and an umbrella.
Plugs for electronic devices
In Belgium the power plugs and sockets are of type E. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.
If you are travelling from the UK and Ireland please make sure to bring adapters with you.
Taxis and Public Transport from Midi & Zaventem
When arriving at Brussels Airport, you can easily access the conference venue by taxi (approx.30-40 minutes).
A regular train service also takes you directly to the Central Station in approximately 30 minutes. From the Central Station you will be at a 3 min walk from the BNP Paribas Fortis Auditorium.
When arriving at Bruxelles Midi train station (South), you can take a taxi for 15-20 minutes to the conference venue (pay attention to rush hours).
